UNDP Pakistan Resident Representative Dr. Samuel Rizq and Deputy Resident Representative Ms. Van Nguyen met with Chairman, Planning & Development Board, Government of Sindh, Mr. Najam Shah to review the Government of Sindh–UNDP partnership and advance key development priorities for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Key outcomes of the meeting included the decision to launch the SDG Plus Programme MIS Decision Support System, collaboration on showcasing projects at the National SDGs Investment Fair, facilitation of environmental clearances for FRP water supply schemes, and demonstrating the scalability of the PASBET Biomass Project Model.





The meeting reaffirmed the strong partnership between UNDP Pakistan and the Government of Sindh in promoting evidence-based planning, climate resilience, development finance, innovation, and inclusive growth to accelerate the achievement of the SDGs across Sindh.
